Astrid Volpert
RDN, LDN
Astrid received her degree from Purdue University with a dietetic internship at Ball Memorial Hospital. Astrid has worked in a variety of settings providing nutrition counseling for many age groups and various conditions. She enjoys collaborating with individuals to improve their health and importantly reduce dependence on medications. Astrid approach to collaborating with individuals with diabetes, disordered eating is realistic while utilizing science base guidelines to achieve success. Astrid has developed lifestyle management and chronic disease risk reduction programs for various employers including Walt Disney World and UCF. Her current work also includes marketing consultation with major food manufacturer for web resource content, consumer relations and media promotional appearance approach to spread the work on nutrition and behavioral change to achieve good health. Astrid is Bilingual (Spanish / English).
